What i can say here is if you want to make your life hell just subscribe to tata-indicom internet services .
I have a long story to tell but i will cut it very short.
My miseries started when i applied for tata indicom connection .They promised it with in 7days .It took 1 month to get it installed and i guess 100 of my calls.
Everyweekends it does not work ...
since last three months u can't make online payment as they have dispute with payment gateway and it is not resolved till date ...
U can 'nt reach higher authorities as they r not competent enough to face customers ..
it is pethetic to see tataindcom being telephone/internet company does not have toll free no in an era where pan wala'a have toll free nos...
list is endless ...I urge u do'nt go for tataincom connection ...
every tataindicom customer is suffering ...and nothing is happeing he is endlessly suffering ....
